4ever foreign in a native land

Almost every house on our block tips the guys who pick up the trash (Allied Waste). We don't, we believe in a job well done before gratuities. You can tell who tips because their trash cans are always brought up to the garage doors. Today, the trash guys were so busy kissing the neighbors asses & worrying about their tips, they completely overlooked our trash cans. If they hadn't gone out of their way to move the neighbors trash cans, I can forgive this oversight (not the first), but they did.
